Towels, sheets, and toilet paper are included upon arrival; however, replacements or changes during your stay are not included. Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. Parties or meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of EUR 500 (in addition to the police fine). The safety of personal belongings is the sole responsibility of the guest.
