※ Late check-in: • Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday (please consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this time, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10:00 PM it will be 50€, and from 1:00 AM, it will be 100€. • If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, or a weekend, the cost will be 30€ until 10:00 PM, after 10:00 PM it will be 50€, and from 1:00 AM, it will be 100€. • If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12, or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: 50€ until 10:00 PM, after 10:00 PM it will be 100€, and from 1:00 AM, 150€. • The 2024 Tourist Tax in Barcelona will apply (6.88€/person/night for guests aged 17 and older, up to 7 nights). • Smoking is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least 400€. • Parties or gatherings are not allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint or the police, security, or neighbors get involved, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to any fines from the police).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
