Welcome to our guest-house in Barcelona! This bright cozy room which faces the street side of the building, 20m2 sized, features a private balcony equipped with table and chairs. It has a big private bathroom and a 1,50x2 m size bed with a 27 cm high and a pocket sping system mattress with medium-to-high firmness. You will also find a mirror and a small closet with a coat rack. It also inclludes a 43” flat Smart TV with different entertainment platforms and free Wi-Fi connection. We provide towels, shower gel and a hair-dryer. There is also a safety box inside the room. It is equipped with heat-radiators for the winter and A/C. It is not allowed to smoke inside the room.

This charming apartment on the street side of the building features antique high-painted ceilings and tiled floors with a mix of modern and vintage mobiliary. It has 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles (1,5 X 6.6 ft. bed) and 1 single. All mattresses are made with spring-pocket system, medium to high firmness. You can also enjoy a living-room with a 3-seats sofa, a big mirror, an auxiliary table, a 43” flat-screen Smart T.V with entertainment platforms, a fridge, a coffee machine and a kettle. There are two comfortable and luminuous spaces in the front: a balcony equipped with a table and chairs and a gallery (characteristic of this antique buildings, similar to a balcony but closed and it has large windows) with a seating area as well. Its own private bathroom includes a hair-dryer, shower gel and towels which are offered without any extra-charge. It includes heat-radiators for winter. Please note that this apartment requires a EUR 300 security deposit for incidentals and it is not allowed to smoke inside.
