Hello and welcome to Barcelona City Apartment. Our on-site reception hours are from 10:00 to 18:00, and check‑in is available from 13:00 onwards. If you arrive before 13:00, we can store your luggage until your apartment is ready. In compliance with GDPR regulations and the requirements of the Mossos d'Esquadra, the mandatory guest registration must be completed digitally before accessing the apartment. If you are booking on behalf of a third person, please provide them with our contact details and inform them to get in touch with us. If your reservation is made through an agency or platform partner, it is the agency/partner’s responsibility to contact the property to arrange the guest’s arrival, check‑in, and delivery of digital keys. Reservations that do not arrive and do not contact us before midnight on the day of arrival will be marked as no‑show and cancelled without refund. If your arrival is scheduled after reception hours, check‑in will be completed online. For this, the following are required: Internet connection Payment of any outstanding charges Our keys are digital and will be sent to you on the day of your check‑in. Guests must present a valid ID upon check‑in, whether in person or online. Please note that all special requests (beds, pets, additional guests, etc.) are subject to availability and may carry additional charges. Please inform Barcelona City Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You may use the Booking.com chat or contact the property directly. The contact details appear in your booking confirmation. Bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar celebrations are not permitted at the property. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property; violations will incur a fine. Parking is available through a partner service, located a 6‑minute walk away. Apartment orientation and bed distribution are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to read all reservation and property conditions before completing your booking.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
