Our reception hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and check-in is from 1:00 PM. If you arrive before 1:00 PM, we can store your luggage until your room is ready. If your arrival is after reception closes, check-in will be done online. To check in online, you will need: - An internet connection - Payment of all outstanding charges - A valid email address Our keys are digital and will be sent to you upon check-in. If you arrive outside of reception hours, we will send them via Booking.com chat or email. Guests are required to show a valid ID upon check-in, whether in person or online. Please note that all special requests (beds, pets, extra guests, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please inform Barcelona City Centre of your expected arrival time in advance. To do so, you can use the Booking.com chat or contact the property directly. Contact details are included in your booking confirmation. Stag/hen parties and similar celebrations are not permitted at this property. Noise is required between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property and will result in a fine. Breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Parking is available through a partner facility and is located 15 minutes away. Room orientation is subject to availability.
