Before your arrival: ClassBedroom will send you a link to check in online. Guests must register using an online form. This guest record will be sent to the police. Must be all payments made, including fees and damage deposit. The traveler registration form must be filled in at check-in with the details of all the guest. You will receive an email to provide these details. This property offers self check-in only. Upon arrival No one will come to welcome you. You will access to the building with a link and in the apartment with a code. We will send you instructions and videos with explanations one day before arrival. Groups: Reservations for groups, parties or bachelor or bachelorette parties are not accepted. Quiet hours are between 10:00:00 and 07:00:00. A damage deposit of € 300 is required. The demage deposit will need to be paid by card before your arrival date. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
