To ensure a swift check-in, the arrival schedule must be provided in advance. The tourist tax is charged separately. A compulsory 300,00€ security deposit will be requested upon check-in. Check-in done outside the standard opening hours are subject to the following charges: - Weekends & Bank Holidays: 16:00h - 20:00h = +20,00€ - Late arrival fees: 20:00h - 23:00h = 30,00€ | 23:00h - 02:00h = +50,00€ Check-in schedules: 16:00h - 20:00h. There is no 24 hour reception. All check-in outside the stated schedule are subject to confirmation. Smoking, pets, loud music and parties are strictly forbidden. Silent hours must be respected: 22:00h - 10:00h. If a reservation is made for more than 2 apartments or more than 8 nights, the property manager may contact the guests to request a 30% payment of the total amount, which must be made within 72 hours to guarantee the reservation. This payment will not be refundable.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
