For long stay bookings the property may request some documentation A surcharge of applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property (Arrivals after 20:00 carry a surcharge of €40, and arrivals after 23:00 carry a surcharge of €50). In accordance with local regulations, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the property requires additional guest documentation with reason of stay for verification purposes following the reservation. Additionally, a security deposit equivalent to one month’s stay is required. Failure to provide the requested documentation or the security deposit may result in the cancellation of the reservation in line with the applicable cancellation policy. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
