Guests must inform Reception of the vehicle’s characteristics so that its dimensions can be checked and access to the car park can be assessed. Please contact the hotel for requirements and restrictions. To complete check-in at the hotel, guests must provide a valid bank card, either debit or credit. The cardholder must be one of the guests staying in the room. The hotel does not pre-authorise or block any amount on the card. If guests do not have a bank card, they must pay a €100 cash deposit, which will be refunded on the day of departure, if there are no outstanding charges or damage to the room. Please note that if more guests arrive than those listed on the reservation, the hotel will assess whether it is necessary to change the room type or add additional rooms. For safety reasons, no more guests may stay in the room than the maximum occupancy allowed for each room type. Please note, when booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The property will contact the guest after the reservation is confirmed.
